Stem and Leaf - Thoracic Park
30 Teabags One month supply
Thoracic T1–T12 Region specific, not general
Two Herbs Only Qiang Huo and Du Huo
Mid-back pain is the one people learn to ignore. It sits between the shoulder blades, shows up after a long drive or a bad week, and never quite becomes urgent enough to deal with.
Thoracic Park is the thoracic formula in Botanical Biohacking's Stem and Leaf series — guide herb blends built one spinal region at a time. This one covers the mid-back and rib cage.
The pairing is a classic. Qiang Huo works the upper body, Du Huo works the lower. Used together they cover the length of the back, with the thoracic segment at the center of the overlap.
Key Ingredients
| Ingredient | Traditional Action |
|---|---|
|
Qiang Huo Notopterygium Root |
Traditionally used for wind-damp aching in the upper body and back — the stiffness that arrives with weather changes and settles across the shoulders. |
|
Du Huo Pubescent Angelica Root |
Qiang Huo's counterpart for the lower body. Traditionally paired with it so a formula reaches the full length of the spine rather than one end. |
Between the shoulder blades is this one. Belt line is LumBear. Neck is Sir Vickle. Tailbone and sacrum is Sacrocox. Taking the right one matters more than taking more of the wrong one.
How to Use
Place one to five teabags in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer ten to twenty minutes. Strain and drink. You can re-brew the same bags until the flavor is gone. Store cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening. If the vacuum seal is broken when it arrives, do not use it.
About the Maker
Botanical Biohacking
Botanical Biohacking builds formulas the slow way — premium herbs balanced from both the traditional and the pharmacological side, with nothing added. Their oral products contain herbs and nothing else, which is harder to manufacture and easier to trust. They currently supply more than 500 clinics across 15 countries, and they will pause shipping on heat sensitive teas rather than send you a bag that degraded in a delivery truck.
