Stem and Leaf - LumBear
30 Teabags One month supply
Three Herbs Only Nothing added to pad the bag
Low back pain doesn't stay in your low back. It follows you into how you sleep, how you lift, and how far you're willing to walk before you decide it isn't worth it.
LumBear is the lumbar formula in Botanical Biohacking's Stem and Leaf series — guide herb blends built one spinal region at a time. Most herbal products treat the back as one thing. This series doesn't.
Three herbs, chosen for direction rather than volume: two that traditionally strengthen the low back and knees, and one that warms deep, cold, settled ache.
Key Ingredients
| Ingredient | Traditional Action |
|---|---|
|
Du Zhong Eucommia Bark |
The classical low back herb. Traditionally used to strengthen the lumbar region and knees where they feel weak, sore, and unreliable under load. |
|
Xu Duan Dipsacus Root |
Its name translates as "restore what is broken." Traditionally used for the sinews and bones after strain or injury. |
|
Rou Gui Cinnamon Bark |
A deep warming herb, traditionally used where the ache is cold and settled and worse in damp weather or first thing in the morning. |
If your pain sits at the belt line, this is the one. Between the shoulder blades is Thoracic Park. Neck is Sir Vickle. Tailbone and sacrum is Sacrocox. Taking the right one matters more than taking more of the wrong one.
How to Use
Place one to five teabags in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer ten to twenty minutes. Strain and drink. You can re-brew the same bags until the flavor is gone. Store cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening. If the vacuum seal is broken when it arrives, do not use it.
About the Maker
Botanical Biohacking
Botanical Biohacking builds formulas the slow way — premium herbs balanced from both the traditional and the pharmacological side, with nothing added. Their oral products contain herbs and nothing else, which is harder to manufacture and easier to trust. They currently supply more than 500 clinics across 15 countries, and they will pause shipping on heat sensitive teas rather than send you a bag that degraded in a delivery truck.
