How to Use This Combo

Prepare the tea Drink it Hot or Room Temp but don't drink it Cold! Most people find it easiest to prepare a large jar in the morning and drink throughout the day. Consistency matters more than timing — daily use produces better results than occasional use.

Apply the salve to the affected area Rub a small amount of Corydalis Relief Salve directly into the painful area. The salve base creates a slow-release barrier — a little goes a long way. Apply up to twice daily. If you also use Evil Bone Water, apply EBW first, wait for it to absorb, then layer the Corydalis Salve on top.

Give it time Herbal formulas work best with consistent, repeated use. Most people notice a meaningful difference within 1–2 weeks of daily use. The tea works internally across that timeframe; the salve gives more immediate local relief while you build up.
Tip: If you're also using Evil Bone Water, this combo stacks well with it. Apply Evil Bone Water first (alcohol base opens circulation), then layer the Corydalis Salve on top. The tea works independently of the topicals.
