Will Sheppy, L.Ac.on what's actually in the bottle.
Reviews from verified customers, shown with permission. Individual results vary.
Jim had multiple spine fusions, arthritis, and neuropathy in both feet.
His structural integration therapist told him to try it. He uses it daily now. In his words, the pain "no longer restricts my daily activity." He's bought it as a gift for several friends since.
Cheryl fractured both shoulders in a fall.
The bones healed. The muscles atrophied and a nerve running from her neck to her wrist was damaged, which left tremendous pain behind. An acupuncturist at her chiropractor's office recommended it. She sprays it on two to three times a day.
Gina didn't believe it would work.
"I was skeptical that this would help ease the pain in my body, but it does." Twice a day on knees, lower back and ankles. She's walking on the beach again.

You'll feel the cooling as it dries, inside a minute. How much it helps and how long it lasts is different for everyone.
Is this the same Zheng Gu Shui I've bought before?
Same family of formula. Different maker, and that's the point. Most Zheng Gu Shui on the US market is built on B or C grade herbs with synthetic camphor and menthol. Saint Apothecary uses empirical-grade herbs, two to five grades higher, with the natural versions. You use it exactly the same way.
What's in it?
Natural camphor and natural menthol, plus cinnamon bark, Japanese knotweed, zedoary, angelica dahurica, croton, Philippine flemingia root, elecampane and notoginseng. No parabens, sulfates, phthalates, silicones or aluminum. No animal products.
Can I use it with my medications?
It's external use only. Keep it out of your eyes and off broken skin. If you're pregnant, nursing, on prescription medication, or have sensitive skin, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
What does shipping cost?
USPS rates are calculated at checkout for Western U.S. zones. Free on orders over $30. Need it sooner? Priority Mail is $9 and usually arrives in 1 to 3 days.
What if it's not for me?
Send unopened, regular-priced items back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you. Full policy.
