What It's Used For
Why Ghost Jiao Is Different
Most jiaos pick a lane. Ghost Jiao does not. For lack of a better word it is the shotgun of the line, built to work on both acute injury and old, settled complaints. The target it was designed around is stubborn Bi where phlegm is present — the pain that has stopped moving, hardened into nodules, and taken up residence in the joint capsule.
That is also why it is black. The formula leans on herbs that break up chronic, stuck phlegm and on a resin blend that most liniments skip entirely. Since its introduction it has become one of the most talked-about formulas Fu Medicinals makes.
Key Herbs
Small-Batch Craftsmanship
Fu Medicinals takes pride in meticulous, small-batch production. Every liniment and balm is handmade in Oregon using organic and locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible. Herbs are traditionally crushed by hand with mortar and pestle — a process that maximizes their medicinal properties from the start.
Fu Medicinals is not about one-size-fits-all solutions. Our products are designed to address specific levels of bodily damage and systems, following the principles of Chinese Medicine. Whether you have a medical diagnosis or are working from your symptoms, the range offers a targeted choice for your condition.

How to Use
-
1Apply to the Affected Area Massage a small amount into the area with your fingertips or a cotton ball. Each application counts as a dose, and it penetrates quickly once worked into the skin.
-
2Prolonged Absorption (Optional) Wet a cotton ball or gauze with the liniment, place it over the area, and tape it in place with medical or first aid tape for continuous, deeper absorption.
-
3Repeat as Needed May be applied several times per day. A little goes a long way.
Safety & Precautions
- For external use only
- Avoid sensitive areas and keep away from children
- Consult a doctor if pregnant or potentially pregnant
- May stain light-colored clothing
- Products share production space and equipment — check the full ingredient list if you have known allergies to medicinal herbs
Ingredients
Fu Medicinals does not list ingredients on the bottle — the formulas are proprietary blends, and the print would be too small to read. The list above covers every Chinese herb in production in the Fu Medicinals lab.

Still unsure? Call the clinic at (541) 760-9670 or email will@valleyhealthclinic.com and a practitioner will point you the right way.
