This liniment has been carefully crafted with a unique blend of organic medicinal herbs, organic Wintergreen Essential Oil, organic menthol, and organic olive oil to provide fast-acting pain relief for both chronic and acute pain.
What Is Red Emperor's Immortal Flame?
From a Chinese Medicine perspective, REIF disperses Wind-Cold-Damp to treat Bi (Pain) Syndromes, warms and supplements the Yang Qi, warms the channels, promotes circulation, and stops pain. Western medicine recognizes its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, pyretic/antipyretic, counterirritant, anodyne, anti-microbial, antifungal, and antiseptic properties.
REIF is perfect for those suffering from debilitating arthritis, high-performance athletes, dancers, those in the trades, or anyone with chronic or acute pain. Its effectiveness and all benefits gained by its use are an honor to Sifu Tom Turcotte and his teachers.
REIF can also be layered with other topicals, such as trauma liniments, to enhance penetration, used to stimulate specific points and areas on the body associated with the Jing-Luo Theory of Chinese Medicine, or used as a sliding medium for techniques such as gua sha, moving cupping, or bodywork.
REIF is an indispensable tool to have on hand at home. In one 30ml bottle of liniment, there are over 500 drops. At a liberal dosage of 6–8 drops per application, that's between 60 and 80+ applications from a single bottle — making it very economical. A little goes a long way.
