How to Use
This tea contains seeds, so give it a longer simmer — twenty to thirty minutes for a complete extraction. Place one to five teabags in a pot of water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer. Strain and drink. Re-brew until the flavor is gone.
Start with one teabag and build up. This formula contains Da Huang, which can loosen the bowels in some people. Store cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening.
