This is where it all started. Our infant daughter had baby eczema, and we made this salve to help her. Five simple ingredients. No unnecessary fillers. No added fragrance. Just a clean, barrier-supporting formula that gets out of its own way and lets the herbs do the work. If you or your child have eczema and haven't tried this yet — this is your starting point.
What It's For
Best for eczema, keratosis pilaris, rosacea, dry itchy mystery rashes, and sensitive or reactive skin of all kinds. Gentle enough for babies — the original formula was made for one.
Eczema — Baby & Adult
This is the most soothing product in the Emily Skin Soothers line for eczema — and one of the most effective things we carry in the entire store. The unscented version is especially well suited to dry-type eczema and for babies and very sensitive skin.
Keratosis Pilaris
That rough, bumpy "chicken skin" on the backs of arms and legs — especially the kind that flares after swimming or pool exposure. This salve calms the irritation and smooths the texture in a way that drugstore lotions consistently don't.
Mystery Rashes
Itchy, dry, red patches that show up out of nowhere and don't fit any neat category — contact reactions, stress flares, dry winter skin with inflammation on top. This formula is usually the first recommendation for anything in that territory.
Rosacea & Facial Redness
The base formula helps here, though if rosacea or flushed redness is your primary concern, the Lavender version may have an edge — the cooling, anti-inflammatory properties of lavender pair particularly well with the base formula for reactive skin.
Unscented vs. Lavender
Both versions use the same base formula. The difference is simple:

How to Use
After patch testing, apply a thin layer 3–4 or more times per day to affected areas.
Patch Test First: We recommend patch testing when trying any new topical product on sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to a small unaffected area of skin once or twice to make sure it agrees well before applying to affected areas.
